The Learning Ladder at Har Sinai - Oheb Shalom Congregation (HSOSC) is a high-quality Jewish preschool and childcare center that approaches early education with a child-centered philosophy. Each child is unique and, therefore, we offer our children individualized education. We provide children with an environment in which they can develop socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually.

The Learning Ladder at HSOSC is hiring teachers for the 2021-2022 school year who can work with a team and use a play-based curriculum to enhance the children’s learning.

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of the 90-hour early childhood certification and the 45-hour infant toddler certification, if you are working with infants. A BS in early childhood education or related field is desirable and have MSDE state required coursework or be willing to take courses. We will provide a signing bonus for new employees.
